“Foundation of Movements,” will be held each Tuesday evening from 6:30-7:30pm at CrossFit 7 Hills. This class will cover proper form and technique and introduce beginners to the various movements of CrossFit. If you have been hesitant about trying CrossFit because you are intimidated or unsure about it then this is the class for you. The knowledge you will gain from this class will only better prepare you for our regular CrossFit classes. We strongly encourage anyone new to CrossFit to take this course before signing up for our regular CrossFit classes.
This 4 week course is $65.00 for Y members and $85.00 for non-Y members
