    Strength: hang clean 4 x 6 WOD: 9 minute AMRAP – 15 dumbbell snatches (50/35) – 10 chest to bar pull-ups (chest must touch bar) *rest, then take 5 minutes to work on double unders. Record best unbroken set in log book.
