Crossfit is a core strength and conditioning program. It is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed with high intensity. We believe that routine is the enemy and that variance is the key to success and results.
Could I do CrossFit?
The Crossfit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and competitive athletes. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs or workouts. The needs of elite athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not by kind.

How long is the class?
Classes usually last between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
Do you scale or modify the workouts?
We can scale any workout. When we scale we scale load and intensity we don’t change the workout. We want everyone to be able to complete the workout in an appropriate time and with appropriate intensity.
Will CrossFit get me ripped?
The physique of a CrossFit athlete we might see on television is a result of their intense training, clean eating, and genetics. CrossFit will make you more fit, but appearance is merely a byproduct of the intensity you use in class and how clean you decide to eat.
